How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (our supplier prepares each item for your order). Delivery then takes 7 to 15 business days, so plan on about 2 to 4 weeks in total, depending on the item and your province; the estimate is shown at checkout before you pay. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate shipping across Canada, and free on orders of $75 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. Canada only for now.
Can I return a device?
Yes. Unused devices in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Hygiene items such as ice rollers must be unopened. Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived defective.
Are these medical devices?
No. CMAC tools are cosmetic, at-home wellness devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, an active skin condition, or are under medical care, ask your doctor before use.
How often should I use them?
Start with three sessions a week and see how your skin responds. Each product page has a routine card with timing.
Is there a warranty?
Every device is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Send us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem.
Can I use several devices in one session?
Yes. Our suggested order is Cool, Lift, Glow: ice roller first, then the microcurrent device or EMS roller, then the LED mask, then moisturizer.
