The routine

1. Once a week: trim with the kit, then file in one direction.
2. Soften cuticles in warm water and push them back gently.
3. Buff away ridges with the nail care pen, lowest speed, light touch.
4. Wash your hands and finish with your favourite hand cream.
5. Gel day: gloves in your bag, fingertips out, hands covered under the lamp.
