The routine

1. Morning: ice roller from the freezer, two minutes.
2. Evening: headband on, conductive gel, five minutes of microcurrent along the jaw and cheekbones.
3. Moisturize, then the satin pillowcase does the rest.

Good to know

• Christmas edition: order by November 26 for delivery before the 24th (2–4 weeks door to door). On sale until December 20, or while the colours last.
• Colours picked by us to suit the box; the photos show each piece in its standard colour, so the shades you receive may differ.

• The pillowcase is polyester satin, not silk.

• Everything is ordered and shipped together, normally in one parcel.
