The Full Ritual

The complete CMAC routine, in the order we actually use it. Cool to wake the skin up, lift for a more defined look, glow to wind down. Four tools plus a satin beauty-sleep set, one evening ritual, and the most complete set we make.

What's inside

The routine

1. Headband on, then cleanse. Cool: glide the ice roller from the nose outward for about 60 seconds.
2. Lift: apply a water-based conductive gel and make slow upward passes with the microcurrent device for 5 minutes. Rinse off the gel.
3. Glow: fit the LED mask and lie back for a 10-minute session, eyes closed.
4. Serum, moisturizer, headband off. Done.

Good to know

• Cosmetic at-home devices, not medical devices.
• Do not use the devices if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, epilepsy, metal implants in the face, are photosensitive or on light-sensitizing medication, or have an active skin condition. Ask your doctor if unsure.
• Keep eyes closed during LED sessions. Always use the microcurrent device with a conductive gel (not included), never over the thyroid or the eyes.
• Keep the ice roller moving and don't press hard under the eyes.
• Colours are picked by us to suit the set.
• Hygiene items (ice roller, headband) are returnable only if unopened.
• Everything is ordered and shipped together, normally in one parcel.
